Happy Thursday, everyone! How are you feeling today? 

For the 4th day of our 5-week challenge, we’re going to tackle emotions, thoughts, surroundings and relationships

Aside from symptoms, conditions and history, you also need to become aware of your feelings, environment and your relationships with people around you. 

How you think and feel can impact your ability to heal. Always ask yourself, “Are my thoughts helping or hindering my journey?” Visualise where you are going and always focus on the positive.

Take a look at your surroundings. Are they set up to support your journey to health, or are there areas you could improve? Your surroundings can mirror what’s happening internally. Decluttering or doing a spring clean at any time of the year can make you feel better and help you focus on your health.

Lastly, be with people who understand you. Do you have people in your life who uplift, support and inspire you? Spend more time with them. Choose people who will bring joy, happiness and positivity in your life.
