Hi everyone! I hope you’re all having an amazing Wednesday.

Yesterday, we discussed the importance of becoming aware of your conditions and health history. Now, let’s talk about SIBO symptoms.

No two people are the same when it comes to symptoms. Some people can experience bloating, constipation, nausea and other painful symptoms, while others barely feel anything.

Understanding what symptoms your body is giving you and why it is giving them to you can be really liberating. It’s our body’s way of telling us that it’s not happy with what we’re doing.

To better understand your condition, I developed a helpful tool that allows you to track your daily intake of foods and beverages – my Food and Mood Diary.

My Food and Mood Diary is a useful tool in regaining your awareness with your body. It can help pinpoint what is happening with your symptoms, mood, energy levels and bowel movements. Personally, tracking what I put into my body gave me insight into the symptoms my body was giving me. I immediately felt more connected to it and more informed about what was happening.

By using this, you can finally piece together your body’s reactions to what you eat and drink.
